IT-4108 is premium High vacuum silicone valve & packing grease formulated with high quality silicone oils and thickeners. Extremely adherent, this grease is resistant to water and provides excellent sealing properties. The grease is designed for lubrication of ground connections parts of industrial vacuum plants, laboratory equipment, shutoff valves and taps etc. It is resistant to heat with no carbonizing & melting. Its vapor pressure remains negligible up to 200 oC & maintains its consistency between -40 oC and + 200 oC. The product exhibits chemical inertness with no corrosive effect on metals & is neutral to most elastomers & rubbers with plasticizing effect on rubber and plastics. It is also resistant to solvents. The grease is non-toxic, neutral to plastics, rubbers, and ‘0’ rings. The consistency does not change much over a wide range of temperatures. The grease is resistant to many chemicals including acetone, glycerin, ethylene-glycol, ethanol and methanol etc.

IT-4306 out-performs in areas where other synthetic greases fail. The lubricant has an excellent thermal stability & provides longest life with a useful temperature range of -40° to 235 °C +. It exhibits outstanding oxidation stability, no deposits & very low evaporation rate. The grease will not form coke, sludge, or varnish within its useful temperature range. It has a low bleed rate for durability & is non-melting dropping point over 260 °C.
