Motorcycles are high-speed applications that operate in tough conditions like rain, dirt, sand, and high shock loads. These specially developed chains are used as the part of the drive train to transmit the motor power to the back wheel. The chain must never be run dry. Lubricating the chain regularly prolongs its life. Depending on weather conditions, and how each one of us uses our machine, on an average, lubricate the chain every 3000 km or after a trip in the rain. Check the type of chain: If your chain is of the O-ring type, only use O-ring compatible lubricant like IT-1098 which does not attack the O-rings. Lubricate the chain without overdoing it between the links and the roller from the inside of the chain Wipe off the surplus with a rag and leave to penetrate for 30 minutes before using the machineIT-1098 is based on synthetic oils containing oil soluble organo-moly compounds. It goes on to wet to penetrate parts deeply, setting up an adhesive lubricating coating that does not fling-off at high speeds. The protective coating set up on the outer of the chains protects against the corrosion and weathering effects.

IT-1101 based on hydrofluorocarbon fluid with zero ozone-depletion and a low global warming poten¬tial ideally suited for precision cleaning of the electronic components. It can replace current hydrochloro-fluorocarbon (HCFC) and perfluorocarbon (PFC) fluids in most applications. IT-1101 is 2,3-dihydrodecaflu-oropentane. IT-1092 Dry Film Graphite Lubricant Aerosol features high lubricity and adheres to most surfaces with minimum surface preparation. The coating is conductive which air-dries rapidly at room temperature to provide clean lubrication. IT-1092 may be used where both lubrication and electrical properties are required.IT-1092 provides a long term lubrication and protects against extreme pressures and temperatures and is used for lubrication of sliding surfaces exposed to dust or water. It contains a high level of pure and fine graphite powder which results in a good electrical conductivity, as well as gliding and release agent properties.
